Learn the basics of snowmobiling at Northern Power Race Park! Clinics are taught by Amsoil Championship Snocross Pro Lite Rider, Tyler Archambault.

This clinic is designed for the beginner snowmobiler with little to no riding experience. Tyler will teach you the basics and best practices for riding while answering any questions you may have. He will assist you if you have anything specific you want to learn or improve. Come prepared to learn! 

This clinic will be held on the NPRP Ditchbanger track (flattened snocross track) to emulate the trails. Tyler will lead the class for two hours and participants will have one hour of open ride after to test their new skills! 

fee: $100/person

  • December 22, 2024 (3 - 6 pm) - LADIES CLINIC!

  • ​January 14, 2025 (5 - 8 pm)

  • ​February 11, 2025 (5 - 8 pm)

CLINIC GOALS:

- Learning your machine - basic snowmobile setup. 
- Basic body position and footwork. 
- Maintaining throttle control on the trails. 
- Ability to steer and turn. 
- Basic braking techniques. 
- Basic snowmobile safety.

WHAT TO WEAR:

- Winter outerwear (jacket, pants gloves).
- Winter boots (snowboard or insulated boots recommended). 
- Helmet.
- Goggles. 
- Protective gear.
